It’s important to be able to identify internal projects that just aren’t living up to expectations. That’s why I have none. Without expectations, all projects are considered flawless successes, thus increasing my team’s metrics and padding our bonuses. The only downside is that when management does an audit, they complain that all of our apps are “broken” or “disgusting.” Joke’s on them. we get bigger bonuses than them.
